The guys are NI supplements have been absolutely amazing with my recent order. The beef isolate ice blast flavour I ordered was out of stock as they hadn't received their shipment so I had a call from Max (I think) saying he would ship part of my order and then send the beef isolate when it arrived if this was OK with me. It absolutely was and litrally 2 days later my beef isolate arrived with some lovely little extras and a note for my patience. Unfortunately the first part of my order seems to have gone AWOL with Royal Mail but Max again has been right on it re sending it out today for me. Honestly the service I have received this week has been fantastic and I can't thank Max and the team enough for looking after me so well. I shall be back again when my isolate runs out for my re-order. Thank you again guys xxx
Fantastic service - quick response to any queries I had- Max got in touch with me straight away personally and he looked after my every need - I cannot recommend these guys anymore of i tried - it’s like they were at the end of my street it was that quick arriving. Thank you so much guys
Cannot emphasize enough how much I love this company. Have ordered a couple times and love their range of Beef Isolate products - more importantly when my shipment didn't arrive and was sent back to them by Royal Mail, they jumped on my email and got my package turned around pretty much immediately with 24hr tracked delivery.

So I would like to start with “stay away from this shop if you care about your money”
I’ve placed an order for my husband, on my name Mariana the parcel wasn’t delivered, but the shop claimed they did, I literally don’t have anything on hand from them.
Contacted the owner Peter and he decided not to offer me a refund and claimed that he talked to Josh instead of me Mariana, which literally doesn’t change the outcome because he has been contacted from the email that the order was placed.
So short story because royal mail rejected his claim he decided not to answer my emails anymore, I’ve contacted him through instagram he didn’t check my message but he got back to me on trust pilot with an answer on my review “That I’ve made threats against him on instagram from a fake account” so he’s literally saying “you cannot demand a refund or have any rights to take me in court because is a threat. I don’t even use instagram I’ve checked his website and noticed that he has instagram so I did an account with my name and contacted him. Please all his reviews are fake or either made by his friends, this guy clearly doesn’t have 0 responsibilities for his customers.
Visited the store today as I am trying to improve my fitness but was a little unsure what products I would need. After speaking with the store advisor Tyler, I soon became confident in what was required and which brands to choose after being given many choices. Excellent service, great product knowledge and gave me advice on certain techniques, products that would help get the results I am looking for. Highly recommend paying the store a visit!! I will definitely be back to get a monthly top up! Thanks again!
I cannot emphasize how good this company is! And they keep getting better and better. The quickness of how their orders are processed and all in a very organized manner. Moreover, their range of products and supplements is top notch! They also make you feel valued and have in place a system of points rewards.
